Just when it seemed like Sunrisers Hyderabad might clinch the deal at ₹15.75 crore, Punjab Kings made a dramatic comeback, entering the competition at a critical moment. The battle between Punjab and Hyderabad escalated further, and Punjab finally reclaimed their star bowler for a staggering ₹18 crore using their RTM card.

Arshdeep Singh's IPL Legacy

Arshdeep Singh, known for his deadly yorkers in the death overs, has established himself as a key player in India's T20 squad. Over 65 IPL matches, he has taken 76 wickets, showcasing his ability to deliver under pressure.
